Throckmorton - After years of being attacked by progressives, will Barton reexamine his claims due to friendly fire?

Of coarse the answer to this is a resounding NO. Barton knows what he is doing and that is creating political cover for an uber-conservative, Christian-America political movement.

It's great though to see "friendly fire" joining the more secular chorus. Barton's duping Christians into believing and repeating lies and I wonder what the blowback will be, if any, from those followers who are exposed to the truth.

We must put Barton in the context of his political life. He was the head honcho of the Republican Party in the Lone State of Texas.
.
Texas is known for being an exaggeration on reality and, it seems, that a lot of such bodacity coumes out of that place.
.
Barton's main skill is at spin doctoring. He's full of Barton.
.
Period.

Works for me, Phil. He's turned Bartonism into quite a lucrative cottage industry. Even got his son into the family business, I understand.

But I do think, like the Blues Bros., he thinks he's on a mission from God. According to Jefferson, so did Jesus.

[Bigass HT to our own Mark in Spokane for that one.]
