The program, aptly titled Sunday Morning, sent correspondent
Mo Rocca and a crew to Masonic Hall, the headquarters of the Grand Lodge of New York, where the priceless historical artifact
was displayed on the altar of the Grand Lodge Room.
The bible is owned by St. John’s Lodge No. 1, several of
whose brethren were on hand to explain this singular VSL’s amazing history, like Piers and Conor Moran.

I agree Mo Rocca is a light weight. He didn't once interrupt as the Mason weighted President Washington down with more cherry tree myths than Parson Weems dared. Washington was remarkably reticent on religion, editing out any reference to Jesus in his speeches. We have forgotten the horrible religious persecution of first Protestants and then Catholics in the English Civil Wars. The founding fathers were mindful of these events and against the establishment of religion in the US.
