Where does the idea that Biblical morality is sufficient to ensure economic prosperity originate? Is such an assertion even consistent?

Reminds me of the wild Kebobo that lives in the darkest jungles of the world. It has a head at both ends of its four legged body. It's probably the meanest of all animals in the world. You might wonder what makes it so mean? Why it's because it doesn't have an asshole. Thank goodness, we've got men like Hal Lindsey.

I don't feel like subjecting myself to it---does Lindsay use a David Barton "phony quotation?"
If not, I don't see the relevance to this blog. It just brings out comments like the one above this one.
