Samuel Huntington was the 1st of 10 Presidents of the United States in Congress Assembled. Washington was 1st under the new Constitutional scheme.

But the Constitution was not a legitimate document. Regardless of ratification, the consent of Congress Assembled was required to make it official. They never received because they knew what they were doing was wrong. They had permission to revise, not REPLACE.

And even if it were, Washington set a new precedent by taking the wrong oath, under Article II, not VI. He did so to give himself the power to tax, thus making him a mere employee of the Congress.

The first 10 Presidents occupied the actual office of President, the next 45 did not. There are 3 offices, only 1 is the actual Office. The other 2, Office of President of the United States and Office of the President of the United States of America, are reserved for appointment by the President in the actual Office of President.

The reason for secrecy extends beyond that. "We The People" was used to because the delegates were destroying the Organic Constitution and replacing it with a new one, for the new government it created to usurp power. It never referred to the people, they only used the name to deceive the people. The people were locked out and had no say, hence the secrecy.

"We The People" referred to the State Legislators. They bypass congress assembled to create the new government that became the federal dictatorship we have today. The overpowering, over reaching, over bearing and intrusive federal government siphoned the peoples sovereignty, rights and land for themselves.

In 1871 they made another Constitution for the district of Washington, replacing "for" with "of". For The United States vs OF THE UNITED STATES. The Constitutional trickery & deceit has turned the people into citizens, with no Constitutional rights. Which is why they violate ours everyday with licenses and registrations. The rights belong to the thieves who stole them.

If you receive a traffic ticket, look at the summons. It reads "The People vs You Citizen" because they're the people, not the citizens.
The Constitution is merely code for property of the federal government.

The United States refers to federal government and the United States of America refers to the 50 states (coinciding with the 3 offices mentioned above).

I am not one of those self proclaimed Sovereign Citizens or some half educated hack. I served on a Constitutional Committee that spent 30 years dissecting these issues.

The actual "Office of President" has been vacant ever since Washington broke the government, by taking the wrong oath. The founding Fathers were no different than the politicians of today. They were all about themselves not the people. The Articles of Confederation (Organic Constitution) was for the people. But it limited government rule and so they gave themselves the power to steal. It has and always will be about tax schemes and land theft.

What else would you expect from freedom loving slave owners?

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1237087217187172116.post-34411784299498657102013-08-25T02:11:43.600-06:002013-08-25T02:11:43.600-06:00Brad Hart, thank you for writing this informative ...Brad Hart, thank you for writing this informative accurate account of our Founding Fathers, and First Presidents words of their strong faith.People today ignore those facts! My 5th great paternal grandfather was John Hanson, thank you for addressing the myths being perpetrated, repeated about him!Lots of white people came over as indentured slaves. White people where slaves before Africans were used as slaves. In America and other countries. I also had never read John Hanson's exact words on the creation of Thanksgiving Day, that blesses my heart to know he had a strong faith in the Lord! God Bless You and May God Save America! I just wondered where you found information that John Hanson was against the passage of the constitution? He was all for the original constitution provided that the federalism was in place to form a centralized government to control all of the new states - before he would sign it. If you are talking about todays adopted constitution, John hanson passed away many years before it was proposed. All the best, John J.
